How did we do? — We'd love your feedback on our stand & overall Multigate experience

We hope you found our display and any interactions with our staff enjoyable & beneficial, however we need your feedback to know this for sure. Please tell us what you liked, disliked, and any suggestions you have for how we can do better, so we can continue to design and deliver the best possible conference experience.

ENTER THE DRAW TO WIN [NO PERMIT REQUIRED]

By completing this HOW DID WE DO survey or if you sign up to our R&D POOL between 9am EST on Thursday 14 May and 2pm Saturday 16 May 2026 , you will go into a draw to win one of 3 x $100 gift cards.

The draw will take place at the Multigate stand at 2.45pm on Saturday 16 May. All valid entries will be listed in an Excel spreadsheet and assigned a reference number. We will randomly draw 3x winners using the "RANDBETWEEN" formula (which randomly returns a number between the lowest and highest reference number when activated). 

If your name is drawn and you are not present, we will contact you directly to arrange for you to receive your prize.

Competition is restricted to Acorn delegates.

Multigate has the utmost respect for you and will only store and use your personal information with your consent in the manner outlined below.

Unless you specify for us not to, we store the personal information (name, role, hospital, email and/or phone number) you supplied with your survey responses. This helps give context to your feedback. It also enables us to respond to your enquiries, or get in touch after the event to follow up on your comments (if you consent to us contacting you). 

You can also request that we delete your personal information from your survey responses within 30 days of the Acorn event, via permission checkbox, in order for you to take part in the competition draw.

You can remain 100% anonymous by not providing your personal information, however this will preclude you from entering the "chance to win 3x $100 gift cards" competition (as this information is required to validate you as a legitimate entrant and enable us to contact you should you win).
