We will operate with limited trading hours over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. A skeleton support team will be in place to handle any urgent enquiries or emergencies on Monday 29, Tuesday 30 and a half day on Wednesday 31 December.

• Customer service will close at 12pm on Wednesday 24 December and re-open at 8:30am on Monday 5 January.
• Our Warehouse will close at 12pm on Wednesday 24 December and re-open at 8:30am on Monday 5 January.
• Our office will close at 5pm on Friday 19 December and reopen at 9am on Monday 5 January.

Orders & Dispatches:

December is our peak period and we typically experience high volumes of orders and possible delays in transport. To guarantee receipt of stock prior to Christmas, please place your orders by Monday 15 December. 

Important times and dates for general stock orders and dispatches:

• Last Orders: By 12.30pm Tuesday 23 December
• Last Dispatch: 12:00pm Wednesday 24 December
• Resumption of full service: Monday 5 January
