Holiday Trading Hours

Dear Customer,

December is our peak period, and we will experience high volumes of orders and possible delays in transport. As a result, we request that large Christmas orders be placed by the 19th of December.

Our offices will close at 12:30pm on Friday 23 December and re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

During this time, we will have a skeleton support team in place in all states on
Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 December from: 8:30am - 5pm to handle any enquiries or emergencies.

Important times and dates for general stock orders and dispatches:
• Last Orders: By 2:30pm on Thursday 22 December
• Last Dispatch: Friday 23 December (closing at 12:30pm)
• Resumption of full service: Tuesday 3 January 2023 (at 8:30am)
