At the ACORN conference 2026 we're running a special opportunity — if you sign up to our R&D pool or complete the 'How did we do' survey between the 13th and 16th May 2026, you will enter a draw to win one of 3 x $100 gift cards.
The draw will take place at the Multigate stand at 2:45pm on Saturday 16th May. All valid entries will be listed in a spreadsheet and assigned a reference number. We will randomly draw 3x winners using the "RANDBETWEEN" formula (which randomly returns a number between the lowest and highest reference number when activated).
If your name is drawn and you are not present we will contact you to arrange for you to receive your prize.
This competition is restricted to ACORN delegates.
The type of activities you could be involved in may range from a short remote video call to longer sessions in person at the Multigate head office in Sydney or another similar location. In some cases, the R&D team will travel to meet you.
Your participation in co-design will involve you sharing your personal experience and/or providing feedback.
Multigate has the utmost respect for you and will only store your details for the purpose of contacting you about participation in R&D engagement.
Co-design happens per project, so when there is an opportunity to join in, we will use the details you provide to contact you. We will tell you about the project and outline any compensations that are being offered for your time. It will be your choice to respond and you will be able to opt out at any time.
During the ACORN conference 13th-16th May 2026, we will also use your details to add you to a draw to win one of 3 x $100 gift cards.

Yes, anyone with nursing, clinical, or healthcare admin experience can sign up to the Multigate R&D pool.
