Softpro Advance surgical gowns represent a great leap forward in surgical apparel design. Using state of the art materials and technology Multigate now offers theatre staff a higher level of protection in a gown more comfortable than ever before.

Advanced technology
Softpro Advance gowns are made from Polyolefin, a unique fabric that uses the latest microporous film technology. The fabric is completely impervious to fluids and yet it breathes. While repelling even visually undetectable materials it still allows moisture vapour to escape, keeping you cooler.
The gown has very low lint and is flame resistant.
It meets standard CPSC 16 CFR Part 1610 of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission Federal Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles.

Superior design
The designs are generous in size and length, for extra comfort and protection. The neckline features a velcro-style closure that easily adjusts to suit different neck sizes. This helps prevent gapping in the front of the gown, giving extra protection against fluids.
Both the fabric and the gown are designed and manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of ASTM test for viral penetration (ASTM F1671) and ASTM test for blood penetration (ASTM F1670).

Softpro Advance impervious, breathable gowns are ideal for orthopaedic, urology or any procedures where infection or large amounts of blood or fluids are expected.
The seams on the sleeves are ultrasonically sealed (not stitched) to prevent strike through where the sleeves are joined to the body of the gown.
