The Same NZ Team Backed by the Multigate Brand

On September 1 2023, Multigate successfully concluded the acquisition of Essity business operations trading in New Zealand and Australia under the Propax and Multisorb brands.
Melanie Slattery, the newly appointed Country Manager for New Zealand said,
“The acquisition has demanded a lot of our team as they worked hard to ensure a fully operational business on day one. The deal which has been in progress through most of 2023 was successfully completed on time. Managing the transition in just a few months is a credit to the combined Australian and New Zealand teams who have been working tirelessly on the deal and transition plan.”
All key staff members from Essity have now transitioned to the Multigate New Zealand operation.
